Building on the Huelle and Aspect projects, Pylon is a project to further move towards creating a general housing/enclosure platform for electronics projects built around Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Spark, or LittleBits platforms.

Project Name
Pylon started as a project to develop an enclosure for the Raspberry Pi based around the pylon shape often found in ancient Egyptian architecture.
Pylon was selected since it captures the shape and has a phonetic relationship to one of the electronics platforms it is intended to house.
